Following extensive consultation with key stakeholders, the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) is issuing an additional guideline on resumption of new MSPO certification applications and the provision of temporary exemptions for selected MSPO requirements

We are pleased to introduce the e-MSPO Helpdesk to assist our stakeholders. This helpdesk serves as a platform to provide support services and improve issue resolution efficiency for our e-MSPO users.

Circular - Clarification on the MSPO Certification Scheme document 2023 requirements. During this transitional phase, MSPO will proactively address stakeholder inquiries and concerns pertaining to the MSPO certification scheme requirements through the issuance of regular ad-hoc circulars.

The MSPO 2022 Standard will come into force on 2 January 2025. During this transition period, please take note of the following updates regarding the eMSPO system and its relevant modules.

Note: This circular only covers modules that are being transitioned from MSPO Trace to eMSPO. The full features and capabilities of the eMSPO platform will be announced at a later stage.
